Let's Make It Awesome

I have tried to hide it but you may have picked up that I am in a slight down period at the moment. I don't know how else to explain it except that I am in my last couple of terms of my Psychology degree and I am definitely ready to move onto next year. As a consequence, my heart just doesn't feel into things here.

But I am determined to change this. I am only in York for 5 more months which means just 5 months to spend time with my friends, explore this fabulous city and just be an undergraduate student.
I am really lucky to be here and I need to make the most of every day!

I am in desperate need of an attitude alteration and with February just around the corner I figured that this would be the perfect time.
So I am challenging myself to make February AWESOME.
To live every day.
Even when things feel hopeless and pointless, to find something that makes me smile.

(the awesome picture in above was taken by my Dad at the Bellagio in Las Vegas)

I plan to tweet (@Heronscrafts) and instagram (heronscrafts) the awesome things I find in each day

Why not join me?

I will also be featuring some awesome-making things on the blog over the next month so stay tuned!

How will you make today Awesome?

Love Rebecca

PS. My friend Tori pointed me in the direction of this awesome video featuring the Kid President - a real motivational pep talk if ever there was one - definitely worth a watch!
