100th Post

I cannot believe I just wrote that title! 100 posts - sure doesn't feel like that! I am really enjoying writing this blog and sharing my creations with you as well as being able to see the amazing creativity that is out their in blogland everyday!

To celebrate I made (and promptly ate far too many!) cookies! This week I discovered Joy the Baker - and enjoyed reading her chocolate chip cookie debate. I am a major choc chip cookie fan. Give me a good cookie over cake any day! So anyway, I was intrigued by the recipe for chewy cookies from Alton Brown that used melted butter and bread flour. I made these and they are so yummy! Mine look quite dark brown which tricks me into thinking they are burnt ...I was so concerned I had to taste about 3 at various stages of cooling just to make sure! I think it might be the large amount of brown sugar or maybe my oven - anyway, these cookies are yummy so get yourself over to Joy the Baker and whip up a batch!

Have a great day

Love Rebecca
