This week's new recipe was from Italy! I regularly have pasta dishes and homemade pizza so I decided to try something completely different. I found this delicious recipe for Zucchini Parmesan on Italian Food Forever. The meal was simple to cook and the results were yummy :) It was a really good way to cook with courgette!
